I'm looking for a record of all the residential real estate sales from
2002 (or so) to the present for Needham, MA.  I would like to have at
least the address, sale price, and sales date.  I actually only want
single family homes and empty lots.

I know the Needham public assessors website has some data, but it only
seems to go up through 9/2003. (see http://csc-ma.us/NeedhamPubAcc)

Realtors seem to be able to pull up the "public record" quite easily. 
Is there some other online source for this?
