I would appreciate suggestions in helping me shorten the development
time of presentations for my new consulting business, especially in
areas such as finding existing flowcharts, process visualizations and
slide images (I have nothing in color at present, so you can't go
wrong with those in any category)online that can be legally copied;
or, for which, I can obtain permission to copy. I would thus be able
to focus more time on building flowcharts and slides and my audio and
visual media that are specific to my company and product.

The areas in which I would like to have presentation
materials include Ecommerce, Supply Chain, CRM, MRP II, JIT,
Continuous Corporate Improvement, all areas of Manufacturing
Excellence focus, MIS Modernization, Optimizing value of legacy
programs and esp. data mining and assuring data integrity and,
critically, its accuracy in the plant for inventory.

A second focus is the marketing ,sales presentations and esp., the
successful implementation of ERP Software - There are accepted
general practices for all of the preceding areas generically and aimed
at Lay Sr. Management or , in the ERP part, to a CIO and COO.

Thirdly, I have developed a unique ERP program that is specific to
Textile and Apparel companies who do knitting or weaving as well as
dyeing. SAP tried to sell a package to Sara Lee Apparel, but could not
make it work. Thus my last set of presentations would be to sell my
software or form a joint venture; as well as marketing the existing
ERP package to smaller companies, as well as marketing my other areas
of consulting expertise.

I want to start with mailings and newsletters and simple PowerPoint
presentations and ending up with consulting via a corporate portal
with interactive, real time, multiple customers, simultaneous
presentations being where I want to be ASAP.

Depending on your familiarity, more search key words will be easy to
find at www.apics.org that relate to Excellence & Continuous
Improvement, esp, in manufacturing and from which I have some B & W
courseware; www.NCSU.edu is the best University in the Textile MFG. & IT
areas along wth Clemson. Eweek Magazine also. On the IS & IT
improvement side, CIO Insight provides a level of complexity I am
looking for. Color and process visualization would really punch things
up. And lastly, I recommend turning your image search to the big ERP
manufactureres for slides on all topics. I came up dry. In sum, I hope
you can dig deeper, fasrer and more on point than I can. Manufavturing
Planning and Control Systems is a B & W book which is my primary
source to date besides APICS courseware for B & W scanable pages.
Pricing was hard for me,but if your archives and research engine turn
out to be extremely productive, we can discuss a second question to
cover your time.

Thus anything available for presentations on any of the above would
speed up my marketing success and thus increase my bottom line. New
ideas, directions, methodologies would be most welcome.
