Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfelds Speech in 2003 mentioned there are
currently 129,000 hispanics participating in Iraqi Freedom with a
casualty rate 13%. There are 41 Hispanic Medal of Honor recipients.
Although I do not have information on Iraq medal of honor recipients.
