Well you could 'Print to File' and then right click on the file and 'Send To > Mail Recipient'. |

Adobe Acrobat and PDF files are specifically made for this type of workflow. You "print" from any Windows application to a PDF file, then you can email that file anywhere you want. PDF files can be viewed on almost any platform. |

Thanks for suggestions. However, I am looking for an automatic link directly into Outlook - simply by choosing a particular printer (?) |

Hi, "I have a standard piece of browser based business software." If it is web based, it should be easy to add a button to EMAIL.
