i am using msg 6.1 when i open it i am getting the error box tell me
there is a problem and do i want to send a report to microsoft or dont
send to mircosoft. No matter what one i chose it closes msg 6.1 - if i
just leave the error box alone msg 6.1 stays open and i can use it.

that message box allows for elaboration on the error (there is a
button for it) please post the more elaborate error

I downloaded an earlier vesion like suggested. Still did not work.
Could sign in but the error box was not opening up anymore. I
downloaded version 6.2 and everythings seems to be in order
