Like Pinkfreud_GA said above me: it seems like a scam.
It seems, that the "Truth Center" in Regensburg changed the name they
use in their emails, but not their method: at the bottom of this page
in German, which redicules spammers and scammers, I found the
following (don't worry, I'll translate it for you):

Diese Firma schreibt einem vom Tod der weltber?hmt gewordenen
Anna-Maria Sulatre(wer kannte sie nicht?). Und das diese in ihrem
Testament 20 Beg?nstigte benannt hat, zu denen man auch geh?re. Man
erh?lt, nachdem man es offiziell best?tigt, das Vorhersage-Buch dieser
Anna-Maria, welches die exakten Lotto-Gewinnzahlen f?r die n?chsten
zwei Jahre vorhersagt, die genauen Termine gro?er Chancen nennt und
eine ganz pers?nliche Vorhersage f?r die n?chsten Jahre enth?lt.
Sollte man allerdings diese einmalige Chance nicht nutzen wollen, so
tritt ein einem wohlbekannter Herr aus der Nachbarschaft als
nachrangig Beg?nstigter ein. Die alte verstorbene Dame hat scheinbar
an alles gedacht und sogar pers?nliche Vorhersagen f?r die ganze
Nachbarschaft vorbereitet.
Um diesen Anteil am Nachlass zu bekommen braucht man nur die
Annahme-Best?tigung an die Advokatin Dr. Dorothea Wertmann senden. Die
Kosten von 49,27 Euro f?r die Abwicklung der ?bertragungsangelegenheit
sind sicher nicht zuviel, wenn man bedenkt, dass man nun zwei Jahre
lang jeden Samstag im Lotto gewinnt. Ich bin vor Begeisterung erstmal
drei Stunden auf meinem Bett rumgeh?pft.

goes in English like that:

This firm writes about the death of the world-famous Anna Maria
Sulatre (who doesn't know her?). She mentions 20 beneficiaries in her
will, to whom the receiver [of the spam mail] also belongs. If you
approve the email, you'll get the Anna Maria's book of prophecies, in
which the exact winning lottery numbers for the next two years are
published, with the times for better chances and a personal prophecy
for the next years. If one doesn't use the one-time chance, it would
go to a neighbour they know well. The old deceased lady apparently
thought of everything and prepared personal prophecies for the whole
neighbourhood.
If one wants their share, they only need to approve it at the lawyer,
Dr. Dorothea Wertmann. The process costs EUR 49,27 [about the same
amount in dollars], which is certainly not a lot, if you think that
you'll win the lottery every Saturday for the next two years. I was so
excited that I jumped all over my bed for three hours afterwards.
