Indium-cerium-oxide is a ceramic material used as a sputtering target
for display applications (plasma, LCD). It has similar optical
properties to indium-tin-oxide which is a very common sputtering
target. I would like to know the approximate cost of an
indium-cerium-oxide target relative to the cost of an indium-tin-oxide
target. (the reason for asking in relative terms is that the price is
a function of exact dimensions, purchase volume, etc.)
