I wish to know the title of a sea adventure motion picture made in 1960. All I can remember of it is that there was a Russian czar and his empress being pursued and a portuguese sailor called portugee as a nickname. |

Hello. I believe that you're thinking of The World in His Arms (1952). The movie featured Anthony Quinn as "Portugee."
