I would like to find a piece of tracking software that will follow
bids in a specific category (paintings pre-1900) and deliver to me an
automated list of bidders in this category. Preferably this software
would also look at feedback for the bidders and look at what these
bidders have bought in the past based on the feedback links to
purchaces or sales

One more thing, I would seriously look at off the shelf software that
could be edited by a code writer.
