I am working on an application for a small business who wants to
employ a foreign management consultant. To get Immigration permission,
I need some data on the fact that small businesses in the U.S.A. do
indeed employ management consultants from time to time to help them
solve various business problems. For example, a small business might
use an accountant to do their tax return, or a lawyer to file an
annual return. In the same way, I want to show in my case that the
Canadian music consultant can ocasionally help the USA entity, and in
this case, guide the music studio in setting up a new music
enterprise. The new enterprise will be an arm of the studio. The
information I need is simply to find a published article or two
describing how management consulatants do indeed help small businesses
and establish that my case is not unique in seeking this approval. |
