Where do I find biographical information about the Japonese painter
Fugai Ekun (1568-1654)?  I need more than a list of his works, please.

All i've found so far, will post if I find more:

"Temple life and religious ceremony was not for free-spirited Fugai
Ekun (1568-1655); he spent most of his days on the road or living in
caves where he obtained provisions in exchange for his paintings.
Despite his vagabond life, or perhaps because of it, Fugai was a
remarkably polished artist. Firmly constructed and finely textured,
the brushstrokes of Fugai's Daruma (Figure A) are extremely clear and
luminous."
