you seek are not available on the internet, but I was able
to determine the manufacturer, who should be able to give

This is a coating specification for an alumnum die casting part
manufactured in China for our customer in the States. So your
manufacture's contact may not work for this case.
However, I still need this specification and supporting
specimens(pattern sheets or sample plates) so I can instruct the
factory.

I have contact information for the manufacturer in the
United States, including phone and email. I also have
a phone number for their branch in China, although the
particular brand for the paint you are describing is
not referenced with regard to the site in China.
Nonetheless, the parent company has an office there.
I would expect that the main office in the states
could provide the information you require to the
manufacturer in China, either directly, or by way
of their office in China.
I believe it's safe to say that you will find no
information online for this paint with the exception
of this contact information for the manufacturer,
who may or may not be able to provide you with what
you need. If they are unable to do so, then it is
highly unlikely that anyone will.

Hi sublimel
I believe the "powder paint, black, Mini-Tex UFB-400-T3" is a black
colored powder paint texture specification. So that my paint shop in
China knows how to coat the part with this surface texture. It is
similar to the plastic injection mold texture specification "Mold-Tech
MT-11xxx".
It should not be a brand of paint. Or our buyer simply wants a texure
equivalent to this paint. I am sorry if I am not being clear on my
question.

The only reference I found online associated the number UFB-400-T3
with a particular brand of paint, as in:
Mini-Texture Urethane Powder Paint, Black Semi-Gloss, followed by
('brand name' UFB-400-T3)
I have contact information for the manufacturer in both the United
States and China. Since they have an office in China, it seems
likely that they would be able to provide you the information you
seek about the specifications of the paint, and possibly even
translate it into Chinese, if needed.
