I was wondering how often companies should update content on their websites (mainly career/employee recruitment) - or even overhaul the site entirely. I have some figures that I use - update jobs daily, events and news at least monthly, profiles/FAQs quarterly and plan a phase II in 12 months if not 8. I usually recommend an overhaul in 24 -30 months but all of that is just my humble opinion - no sound basis for it! I was just wondering if you had either researched something like this or could recommend some sites I should check out. Anything would be appreciated. |

Hi, That sounds rational, though maybe post at the bottom of the info, when it was update and next scheduled update. Maybe send out a news letter highlighting changes during the last 30 days. CIAO X |
