Boy...talk about a company falling off the face of the earth...!
There's nothing out there that I can see on just why they went out of
business. I did find this, though:

You may be a creditor of the debtor. If so, you will receive an
additional notice from the court setting forth important deadlines.

You could try contacting the trustee for more info. To my great
frustration, the court documents, including the bankruptcy filing, are
available online, but just wouldn't materialize on my computer for
some reason.

Good luck with this.

I want to thank you all for the time and effort you made in this endeavor
I will dig further with the info you provided. They were one of the top 5
hardware providers for aerospace, strange how they just disappeared.

A look at the Arizone Corporation Commission and clicking on to the
Corporations Division will let you do a search by name for this
company and you will find lots of information about it. If you know a
public library that has access to the referenceusa.com business
database, the financial information about that company will come up.
Your best bet for getting information about why the company went
bankrupt will be to look in the Yellow Pages and find the address for
the bankruptcy court (I think it might be listed under government
pages as a federal court) and contacting that court to look at their
bankruptcy file. If you need the address and phone number for the
bankruptcy court, please mention.

You may also want to visit the website http://recorder.maricopa.gov
and do a search on the company name Eason to look at county court
documents for this company.
