Not American Airlines:

"...the last American Airlines' DC-10 was retired on November 22, 2000."

Northwest Airlines does:

http://www.nwa.com/travel/trave/seatm/dc1030/index.shtml

They fly several DC-9 variants out of Chicago , but no easy way to find
out if they fly DC-10s out of Chicago.

I just don't see an easy way to get this, you'd have to look at representative
travel days and then check the equipment.
