Are there any applicable eCommerce or USA laws that would impact on my internet website? I am selling informational products, including email lists, and telephone lists. Please provide a list of laws that may be relevant to my online service. |

Yes. You are going to need a terms of use to start off, this is considered 'legally binding', you should also look into all copyright laws, privacy laws, and the recent spam-mail law that was passed. You may be infringing on the individuals within those lists, as it is considered personal information. But then again, maybe you aren't. Hope it helps. Cheers |
