Are there any applicable eCommerce or USA laws that would impact on my
internet website? I am selling informational products, including email
lists, and telephone lists. Please provide a list of laws that may be
relevant to my online service.

Yes.

You are going to need a terms of use to start off, this is considered
'legally binding', you should also look into all copyright laws,
privacy laws, and the recent spam-mail law that was passed.

You may be infringing on the individuals within those lists, as it is
considered personal information. But then again, maybe you aren't.
