I need to make a complaint against a builder to the Building Disputes
Tribunal of Western Australia. I want to find a website or other
information source where I can read either transcripts of previous
hearings or abstracts of previous cases. My aim is to be able to find
complaints with similar elements to the complaint I need to make, in
order to check out what precedents exist.

G'day again Bucko,

Go to: Dept. of Land Information - W.A. (www.dola.wa.gov.au)

From the SITE LIST click on STRATA TITLE INFORMATION

You will then see "to get the Guide to Strata Titles" ..

I will let you download it, as it's 1006kb. They refer to rights and
obligations, insurance, renos and standard by-laws.

Hope this helps. Regards.
