Ok, go to your local beauty salon (try not to go to the expensive ones
- they will deny), talk to a manager. Since usually, as a rule, it is
not done at home (manicure and pedicure), it would require ask several
businesses before someone would agree.

- car
Easies, call to the car service (one or two to price compare) and just
do it over the phone. You will give the credit card number, time and
date to show up and the address. Plus, you will have to pay for the
time while the driver waits while your parents dine to take them back
after the dinner.

PS: Better have the driver drive them to the beauty salon for the nail
job, then to the restaurant. Don't do manicure and pedicure at home if
possible.
