I am writing a paper on the different communications styles of the 4
generations in todays work place. (Baby boomers, Xers, etc.). Each
generation has it's own style and methods (email, etc.). I need to
good sources on this subject. Any ideas?

I need some help with this part of my paper.

There are 4 generations in the workforce today. All are different.
We certainly know boomers have different expectations than Generation
X.

So I need some specific things an organization can do to fix the
communications/generation gap that occurs when workers of such varying
ages have to work together.

Are you looking simply for sources or for an answer as well?

At this point I'm looking for some answers. I've found quite a few
sources, but I thought some insight from someone based on their own
knowledge would be helpful.

Why dont'u create a blog in Google Blog and other Blog sites - Put
corporate life and inter office communication as the main topic and
ensure registration is on the basis of age. This way you can create
'your own' research. Dont worry about people lying abou their age; if
their posts in the Blog are serious; you can easily find out the
veracity of their age by the way the post their comments
