I am writing a paper on the different communications styles of the 4 generations in todays work place. (Baby boomers, Xers, etc.). Each generation has it's own style and methods (email, etc.). I need to good sources on this subject. Any ideas? | |

Why dont'u create a blog in Google Blog and other Blog sites - Put corporate life and inter office communication as the main topic and ensure registration is on the basis of age. This way you can create 'your own' research. Dont worry about people lying abou their age; if their posts in the Blog are serious; you can easily find out the veracity of their age by the way the post their comments |
