Hi, thanks for considering to help me out! (for Tip information please
refer to the bottom of this email)

Please note that the answer to this question would only be useful to
me if I receive it by Friday night (May 7)

Also, please note that this question requires that you have experience and
familiarity with Outlook *2003* forms and also publishing them in
public folders...

Regarding Outlook 2003 only:

I have designed two custom Message (not Post) forms let's call them X
and Y in outlook, such that if the user 1 sends form X to user 2 and
user 2 clicks on an action (from the menu bar), then form Y is opened
which user 2 can use to sent to user 3.

As you know, in a case like this, if you want to feed some of the
fields in form Y with some of the info gathered in form X by user 1
(such as Subject, Due Date, etc.) you need to select those fields from
the field chooser when you are designing form Y.

Now this solution is to be delivered on a *Public Folder*. Here are
the problems I'm facing though:

1. There seems to be no way I can create my "new fields" for form X,
or any other, on my public folder (or any public folder). It only
gives me the option to create these fields to my Inbox or Personal
Forms Library, but NOT Public Folders! ==> Not being able to place any
fields I created for form X to put on form Y in design mode, I cannot
do this "feeding". What is the solution here?

2. Also, the VBScript code I've written for form X does not seem to be
active when the form is opened and read by the receipient. Isn't
Outlook 2003 supposed to trust all Vbscript code on forms published to
Public folders? What else should do here to enable this?

3. Do I really have to turn off Ms Word as my text editor for my form
to work? How can this be done with VBScript? (I want the script to
automatically set the editor to Outlook when anyone creates and opens
a new form) - Please provide one or two lines of code for this.

4. Other there any other considerations that I should keep in mind?

* As appreciation to your spontaneousness, here is how I would pay the tip:
- if you get back to me with full response by Noon (eastern time)
Friday May 7, 2004, I will tip you an extra $8.
- if you get back to me with full response by 5 pm (eastern time)
Friday May 7, 2004, I will tip you an extra $4.

Thanks!

Just an update:

I already found the answer to #2 (Vbscript problems). So please ignore that.
