Where in Florida are you located? 

By "take itmes with no hassel," do you mean that you require the
dealer to purchase everything in the home, whether or not he needs the
items? If this is the case, you are likely to get a much lower price
than if the dealer can pick and choose.

Sorry about my typo. For 'itmes', I meant 'items'. Fingers are faster
than brain sometimes. ;-)
