Question ID: 342489
I am looking for at least ten different (and proven) training
calendars amongst various and mainstream sports, such as swimming,
jogging/walking, sprinting, weightlifting, cycling, aerobics and so
on. These calendars can be in any reasonable format and must be
useful and relevant for their intended purpose -- training. I do want
a reasonable spread, without too much focus on one sport.

For example, point me to a detailed weightlifting calendar that allows
one to track their gains, sets and reps. And point me to a jogging
calendar that tracks distances and calories burned. Etc.

Thanks!
Derek

I'm not looking for a physical product to purchase, just the
information that I can use to make my own.

Hey Bobbie,

I'm looking for generic calendars that anyone can use to help them
with their own training program. The important thing is for these
calendars to be have the necessary spaces for important information.
