I would like to know UP TO DATE subscribers numbers for all major countries.

By up to date I mean 1Q 2004, by major I mean over 3m population.

I require number of subscribers broken down by mobile network they
subscribe to in that country & the population of that country.

I also require the sources of the data gathered, as this will need to be presented.
