Hi - 
I would like the name, location, and contact info of every ACTUAL
OPERATING SODA BOTTLING PLANT in the northeastern US (meaning PA, NJ,
NY, CT, RI, MA, VT, MA and ME).  By soda bottling plant I mean a
manufacturing facility which can fill plastic and/or glass bottles
with carbonated beverages (e.g. seltzer and flavored sodas such as
Coke, etc.)  I am interested only in professional setups which fill
many bottles per minute (some modern plants fill hundreds of bottles
per minute).

At the moment I am aware of only three such northeaster US bottlers
but have done very little research:

>>> Hosmer Mountain Bottling Co. somewhere in CT, and 
>>> Polar Beverages in Worcester MA.  

Beware there are many offices of bottling company offices or places
which call themselves bottling companies which do not bottle soda at
their location.  For example my CT business-to-business directory
lists five Pepsi bottling companies in the state as well as three Coke
bottling companies, but these are really only distributors; they sell
Coke and Pepsi which were bottled somewhere else.  I just want to know
where the plants are.

I will be grateful for as complete a listing as possible.  What will
be counter-productive, however, is names of companies which may sound
like they have a plant on premises but actually don't.  Please only
submit the locations of places you are quite certain do actual bottle
filling.

Any details on the plants you know of or discover will be highly
appreciated (such as owner, manager, bottling capacity, size of
bottles which can be filled, equipment in plant, what kinds/brands of
sodas are bottled there, whether the plant does contract bottling
(i.e. bottling for third parties such as supermarkets, etc.)  I will
also be interested in knowing the level of confidence you have in the
completeness of the list and why you may or may not be confident the
list is mostly complete.

I have listed 24 entities belwo in the northeast here that are in the
bottled soda beverage industry.

Eight with plants (indicated plant size) and 16 are in the business,
but without the certainty that they have plants.

I am 99% confident of accuracy of information.  I would say that these
are the largest and most official ones.  There may be tiny ones that I
am not able to detect, but these comprise the great majority of market
share.

You might have a good deal of success by checking out Thomas Register,
the best known directory source of industrial plant activity.  Some of
their listing information is available, free, on line at:

thomasregister.com

You can log on as a guest and do a search on any keyword (I searched
on "bottle OR bottling OR beverage) and then refine your results for
any states of interest.
