How are they getting in?

Can't you block their entrances?

I have had success using a rubber snake nailed to the roof.  You may
also want to find a plastic bird of prey such as an owl and attach it
to your roof.  Many of the car dealers in my area use them to keep
birds off of the light poles and utility wires.

Hursty --

Many homes have attic vents and it's important to make sure that the
screens over them are secure to prevent bird entry.

An alternate strategy is the one used at Safeco Field in Seattle:

i have heard that aluminum foil works on nesting in gutters and such
but i am not sure about on a roof.
