What exactly is your question? Are you trying to obtain a copy of this
documentary?  Are you sure about the title?

Are you sure it was a documentary? There is a book called The Acolyte
by Thea Astley that was put out in 1972
Dustjacket synopsis:

the acolyte, follower of the great blind musician Jack Holberg, who
