I have an office that is fitted with an Alcatel OmniPCX digital phone system and I want to get it interfaced with Outllok, so an incoming caller ID automatically brings up their details from our database. I'm interested in getting step by step instructions (including hardware & software requirements) to achieve this. I have a server running Win2k, but also have Small Business Server software, which I may want to implement later, and a PC running WinXP which is on the network and has Outlook on it. | |

Researchers, you're free to work on this question. For the record, barryn56 is not interested in PIMphony. PIMPHONY (included with Office System): PIMphony for the Alcatel OmniPCX Office: "PIMphony supports seamless integration with Microsoft® Outlook?..." http://www.telephones.uk.com/phone-system/Alcatel/OmniPCX-Office.htm hummer |

barryn56: I used to be a contractor for Alcatel. There's no other way to integrate the oPCX system with Outlook unless you use PIMphony. It simply can't be done any othe way. /ek |
