Why when I typed in a URL of 239.255.255.250 was i sent to a German
page?  My Generic Host Process for Win32 services (according to Zone
Alarm) was denied access because of this module. Is this something to
be concerned about?

I suggest:

Use Spybot Search and Destroy to find and remove spyware (free):
http://www.safer-networking.org

Then use Ad-Aware to check for adware and remove it (free):
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware

Then run a virus scan using Mcafee, Norton, etc. If you don't have
Antivirus, I suggest downloading a trial and using that (they are
fully functional and usually last around 30 days)

If its still not solved, I can help more =) There are a few more steps
to fixing it if those steps don't help.
