Hello dear, This is the case: He was transferred to ICU after repair of a ruptured abdominal aortic aneurism. He was profoundly hypotensive on admission to the hospital and during the surgery. His blood pressure is now more stable, but he is oliguric and unresponsive. Regardless to his medical history and his age, i need the treatment for him, based on the following: 1.Justify why you made your choice. 2.Explain the problems you may encounter. 3.Solve the problems you may encounter. 4.Indicate the lab work regularly required for the drug, look out for the information under warning and adverse reactions. 5.Use the knowledge of kinetics to help. 6.Look out for multiple drug therapy.
