i need help with Creating a policy manual covering the effective
management of the front, middle and back office for a bank in the
foreign exchange market.

First of all, i need to know what the front middle and back office of
a banks foreign exchange division actually is. And for the quesiton i
just need a policies concerning the effective management of the back
office.

Secondly need an answer withing the next week, otherwise please don't
