Do I need a license to start a Cable TV company in Czech Republic? What is the body to award these, and what are the conditions to receive a license? Do I need to negotiate separately with all the content providers (eg HBO, Time Warner etc) or is it possible to simply resell the services of a company that already has these existing relationships / contracts? |
