I am having a bit of trouble finding a good, reliable email service provider. I am currently using Yahoo, but I really don't like them. Everything is linked to a "yahoo" ID, which gets hopelessly cross-linked, no support whatsoever, terribly designed web pages, etc. The features I need are: - 50MB storage. - 20MB attachments. - Domain name and Domain name registration. - 5 email addresses. - POP access. - No advertisements, banners nor inserts in either incoming nor outgoing mail of any kind. Thanks, Edward |

Dear Edward, For the features that you have desired, it is recommended that you choose a hosting provider that offers you pop email, web space, domain registration, and a webmail to allow you also to check mails. Some providers that offer the service that you are looking for, include: BombayBiz http://www.bombaybiz.com/linuxhosting.htm They charge around $8 per month for 50Mb Email and Webspace with 25 POP Email Ids, domains and many more options. Their service and support is good. Yahoo! If you want to retail your existing Yahoo email account, you can go to: http://mailplus.mail.yahoo.com/ For a limited time, it costs $29.99/yr. The hosting space at Geocities costs $8.95 per month http://geocities.yahoo.com/ FortuneCity http://www.fortunecity.com/web-hosting.shtml FortuneCity is also an old and established provider. The complete directory of web hosting providers is available at: http://directory.google.com/Top/Computers/Internet/Web_Design_and_Development/Hosting/ Hope that helps! | |
