Contact the bank that issued the Mastercard. The bank's customer service number is usually printed on the back of the card. |

One week is typical. Perhaps they are waiting for you to tell them what pin number you want. Reread the papers that came with the card. My wife and I think it is unusual to pay for a pin number. Perhaps you have a secured card that requires you to deposit money before you can use the card. I hope you have not been cheated. Contact the people you paid for the pin number and/or the people who sent you a card. Generally debit cards require a pin number, but credit cards do not (in the USA) Perhaps your card is for a different purpose? More details may help.
