What do you mean call your bank about my Mastercard PIN number?

Contact the bank that issued the Mastercard. The bank's customer
service number is usually printed on the back of the card.

Sheesh...we can't send your PIN to you...this is just a *Google Site*...
Certainly you don't want your PIN # known to all...
Be very careful with private information you give out on the *net*...

One week is typical. Perhaps they are waiting for you to tell them
what pin number you want. Reread the papers that came with the card.
My wife and I think it is unusual to pay for a pin number. Perhaps you
have a secured card that requires you to deposit money before you can
use the card. I hope you have not been cheated. Contact the people you
paid for the pin number and/or the people who sent you a card.
Generally debit cards require a pin number, but credit cards do not
(in the USA) Perhaps your card is for a different purpose? More
details may help. Are you located in a different country than the USA?
