Dear Lily,

Congratulations for your graduation! A placement agency or recruiter
is a specialized organization that works on fulfilling requirements of
companies for employees. They maintain a database of candidates for
fulfilling current and future job requirements of companies.

Ideally one should contact the placement agents in your area (the area
you live on or the area where you are looking for a job). Many times
they also do the initial screening and ensure that you suit the
requirements of their clients.

Some of popular placement companies that cater to recent graduates include:

Hello lilyindavis-ga,

A lot depends on your degree and/or major. It would also help to know
your geographic preferences, targeted industries and the types of
companies you?d like to work for. The best place to start is with your
university?s career center. They will know about current market
conditions and trends in hiring of recent graduates. There are also
lots of websites that specialize in helping recent college graduates.

Good luck.
