Hi, sherpaj-ga:
I think you may have done a good job of describing both what you want
help with and what information you already have. However, at least to
my mind, you are asking for a great deal of help (as expressed by the
generous list price offered) in putting together a presentation whose
outlines you already have in mind. It might be difficult for a
Researcher to know whether material found would contribute
significantly to the strength of your presentation.
In such a circumstance I tend to err on the side of caution. Maybe a
lower priced Question that simply asks for suggestions of how an
executive could use Outlook to coordinate with an assistant, _other_
than the list of ways that you already know about, would be
productive. If you like the suggestions you could then follow up with
additional Questions that solicit illustrative material to use in your
presentation, e.g. anecdotes about time or cost savings.
The fact of using Outlook is probably not a very defining
characteristic; the Calendaring and e-mail aspects are certainly
obvious "features", but these could no doubt be used in novel ways,
and I suspect that is the sort of thing you are looking for to make
the presentation an interesting one.
For example, I tend to use Drafts to document certain types of things.
The fixed width font and ability to print nicely paginated & titled
Drafts is more valuable to me for documentation purposes than it is
for polishing email. It doesn't fit the niche of applications you are
interested in, but it shows how versatile this MS Office component can
be.
Another thought that might be relevant: using a project numbering
scheme together with the Outlook Search in this Folder feature to help
pull together a history of milestones in a project.
