Are there grants for education that do not need to be re-paid, and
will provide subsistence funds? I am a senior citizen, 61, and am
losing my job the end of June, 2004. I am a resident of the state of
Colorado, and have no savings, retirement, etc,,, I have talked with a
school, and they would like to have me as a student (Massage
Therapy),,, I am a diabled vet, (10%), but having been discharged in
'65, I am afraid I do not qualify for Chapter 31 assistance. Where do
I start for Voc Rehab assistance?

Contact your congressional district office. The office I intern in
helps people in your position everyday. They will not do the work for
you, but can provide valueable contact information, leads and possibly
direct assistance. Know your full zip-code, they will want to make
sure you are their constituent (i.e. 80XXX-XXXX). Best of luck.
