I would like to know what percentage of homes in each of the New
England States (Maine, New Hamshire, Vermont, Massachusetts,
Connecticut.)as well as New York have internet access.  Ideally I
would like to get a breakdown by county within each state.

I was unable to access this link.  It looks like it's "Dead".  But it
also looks like this data is for North Dakota only

Hmm, it works for me. It's not just North Dakota but has a very nice
table for each state: Table 1. Households with Computers and Internet
Access by State: 1998, 2000, and 2001.

You could try accessing it using another browser. Do you have Acrobat
Reader installed?

This link worked.  It is pefect and exactly what I was looking for.  I
would have prefered a county by county breakdown but this is good!
