Where can I find the law that states Probationers must reside in the county of their probation? My husband is on probation In New Castle, Delaware but we bought a house in Dover, Delaware. But the probation officer will not let him live there, so we pay a mortgage on a house that we cant live in. |

Although legal advice is not given, your local library might be able to provide sources where you can find information. The Dover Public Library has a link to the Delware State Code: http://www.doverpubliclibrary.org/index.php?a=links-adults |
