Hi Randy...
I obtained contact information for Binions on this page:
http://www.binions.com/contact.htm
I called their 1-800 number and spoke to a very helpful
lady. She stated that the games begin on Saturday, May 22,
and that registration is still available on a first-come,
first-served basis. I asked about their current enrollment,
and she said they have 700 people registered, and have
room (at 200 tables) for 2000 total. She noted that, last
year, the total number of participants was 800+.
So your chances of just showing up and registering are
reasonably good.
However you can also pre-register by wiring the entry fee
($10,000, according to this page):

I had her email me the wiring instructions, which are in
the .doc format, and which you can download here:
http://68.15.21.151/uploads/researchers/Wire_Email_Instructions.doc
If you are unable to open this file in Microsoft Word,
let me know, and I'll reproduce the information here.
Once you have wired the money, you should fax or mail them
the completed form, and they will pre-register you.
Call them in 2-3 days for confirmation of the registration.
Best of Luck!
