Hi hollyisa!!
The Andes mountain chain is the longest continuous mountain range of the Earth.
It extends itself from the north of Venezuela to the Patagonia in the
southern extreme of South America characterizing the landscape of the
following countries: Argentina, Chile, Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador,
Colombia and Venezuela. In this two last countries it ramifies and it
extends almost until the Caribbean Sea. In its southern part it serves
as natural border between Chile and Argentina.
