Hello pendleton-ga,

Thanks for using Google for your website job. As of now, Google does
not provide the functionality where you can post your "Project" and
ask someone to do it for you for an hourly price. However, you can do
this in a different way by posting what exactly you want to done for
your site and post it for the researchers. Whichever researcher meet
your requirements, they will take up the work. But, the price will not
be hourly. It's always fixed here.

All the researchers are very well talented and experienced and I'm
sure whoever will work for you, will give you their best and you'll
feel satisfied with their work.

You can also post your project on a site called as ( www.elance.com )
You can set your price, and the project details and then you can
select the suitable bid fulfilling your requirements. This is the best
place I've ever worked after Google Answers. The response in perfect,
everything is within your control, price is negotiable and quality and
timeframe is as per expectations. What else we want for a project....

I hope this helps you in getting the best.

All the best.

Regards
netcrazy

I have heard of web programmers in Romania and India that work for $1
to $3 dollars an hour. I am trying to find one.

Hi,

It is very difficult to give you the names of specific programmers
either from India or Romania. There are many programmers available to
work but I'll suggest you to open up a project with www.elance.com
You can specify this requirement in the project profile that you want
programmers only from India and Romania. There are many programmers
using Elance service. Once your project is posted, you'll get many
responses from specific targeted programmers only.

I hope this helps.

For asher-ga . I really think you gave a great answer in view of the
details I specified. I realize I cannot expect a specific name, but I
can begin to get things done. Yes, I do live in Zacatecas City at
7,500 feet above sea level.

I dont think you even have to mention overseas requirements for
workers. I posted a graphics design job recently. I was offering a
higher rate and I would say that at least half were Eastern European.
Some were quite good but I ended up going with a US firm. You might
want to also try guru.com. Good Luck

Hi. You might want to try Bolivia. In particular, there is a bilingual
web design firm called Tunari.com that has an excellent reputation.
They have "sucursales" in Cochabamba and the United States. They don't
charge by the hour, but their costs are very reasonable and the final
price will probably fall within your range. Are you in Zacatecas,
Mexico?

Saludos,

asher

Yes, I live in Zacatecas, Zacatecas, Mexico, the second highest city
in Mexico at 7,500 feet above sea level. We actually sit on top of the
continental divide.

Blessings!
