Need copy of movie: "With or without you" directed by Wendell Jon
Andersson, filmed in Minneapolis, MN in 1997. My son was an extra in
the film and I want to buy a copy. Some of the actors included Marisa
Ryan and Kristoffer Ryan Winters. I have searched and searched with no
luck - I will pay whomever can actually provide a copy of the movie or
provide valid purchasing information.

This is an independent film that was never picked up by a major
company. It was screened at many film festivals but I cannot seem to
figure out how to get a copy.

It looks like there was never a theatricial release or a distribution
(VHS or DVD) release of this movie.

However, I have been attempting to find out some contact info for
Wendell Jon Andersson, so that maybe I could try an obtain a copy that
way. I have a few leads and I'm doing some digging, but I wanted to
let you know that it just may not be possible. I did find however,
where a score from the movie could be acquired so far.
If I personally find out anything else from the feelers I sent out
today, I'll be sure to let you know. If another reseacher can help you
as well, that's great too!

Good news. I have left a MSG with Mr. Andersson about you trying to
locate this movie, as it was never released. I explained about your
son being an extra, and why you would like the movie, and was told
that they were pretty sure they have a copy or could make one, and
when Mr. Andersson gets in, she will have him return my call. Once I
seak with him, I will find out if they are willing to make you a copy
and will obtain his preferred means of contact to give you. Just
wanted to let you know I was making some progress.

Great news. Wendell Andersson has told me to go ahead and provide you
with his email address so that you may contact him about getting a
copy of his movie "With or Without You"

While he does not have an extra copy on hand, he said that he is
converting to DVD hopefully soon, and then would be willing to make
you a copy.

So, there you go, sounds like you'll get a copy of your movie as soon
as he has it in a format (VHS or DVD)  straight from the "horse's
mouth".

I'm glad I could track him down for you, since the movie was never
released for DVD or VHS, and therefore there is NO WHERE (business,
store, or private person other than him) to purchase this video.

If this answer requires further explanation, please request
clarification before rating it, and I'll be happy to look into this
further.
