I am looking for companies that are offering genuine, permanent,
part or full-time job vacancies working from home.  I am
not interested in any scams that request fees or deposits or payment
in anyway, just proper paid employment that I can do from home.  I
have fast and powerful Notebook. I am looking for any type of work
except  telesales or sales in anyway. I do not need information on
homeworking so please do not direct me to any of these sites.  I am
just looking for proper legitimate companies offering proper work that
can be completed from home.

Please note that I am Resident in Brazil and speak fluent German,
English, Portuguese and some French.

What are your qualifications/education/experience, besides your
language proficiency?

What kind of jobs are you thinking about? I could give you several
ideas and where to explore "real" jobs in the field, but I would like
to know before what is your career direction.
