when I attempto email files located thru Google I get an error message
sayng "This IMUTILS file 1 linked to missing export MSVCRT DLL i64
toa".  Any way of correcting this?

Which softare are you using to e-mail these files? 

In any case, you might want to check your MSVCRT.DLL file
