Where can I find a good site to help me with my Electrical &
Electronic degree at Heriot-Watt University (hw.ac.uk).  Which covers
the stuff in my course.

It really depends what kind of help you need. Do you need private
tutoring? Additional texts, that would help you understand the
material?

Hi

Yes all of those,  essentially somewhere where you can go and look at
key topics, eg Thevenin, get a full explanation with diagrams but
thats also comprehensive, so would explain voltage regulation with
reference to Thevenin.
