DISC - Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Compliance

These are the four behavioral characteristics applied for the product
DISC Behavioral Assessment - also known by other names. They are used
typically for screening job-applicants for the best "fit" for a
position based upon behavioral characteristics for that particular
position and/or company culture.

These assessment products have also been used in team-building, sales
training, managerial and leadership development, as well as, career
development.

I can't find any reasonable statistics about a trend in Canadian
business indicating their use, acceptance, or success. I do have a
predictive validity report that demonstrates its success to a degree.
I do not have anything specific to Canada, or the Vancouver BC market.
As a BCIT student, I need this information for a market research
project for the viability of a new business.

Any pointers, or answers, are much appreciated.
