I'm helping a friend coorindate a bachelor party and am looking for
ideas for early August, for a weekend party for about 10 people.  Any
ideas or know where I could look for some creative ones?  Thanks.

Do remember, though that there are two rules that should never be broken: 

1. Don?t have the party the night before the wedding. Grooms with
hangovers and sleep deprivation tick brides off. (Not a good way for
your buddy to start off married life!)

2. Always, always, always do something that the *groom* wants to do.
If he doesn?t want strippers, don?t get strippers. If he just wants a
BBQ in the back yard, then that?s what you should plan for.


Here are some fun ideas for bachelor parties:

Go to the speedway
Get great seats for a sports game
Go water rafting
Go on a camping trip (with plenty of the groom?s favorite drink)
Go to a casino
Play paintball
Go sailing
Go shooting
If you can afford to, spend a night in Vegas

Is there something the groom has always wanted to try (parachuting,
skydiving, sailing?) but never has gotten around to? Now is the
perfect time to fulfill his dream.
