Hi lvdab, What is the only common, uncapitalized seven-letter word in which six of the seven letters use the same number on a telephone dial? The answer is monsoon. M - 6 O - 6 N - 6 S - 7 O - 6 O - 6 N - 6 Search strategy: Using the most common group of letters of a telephone dial (meaning DEF and MON), I tried to think of different words until I found the word which fits the above criteria. I hope this helps. If you have any questions regarding my answer please don't hesitate to ask before rating it. Best regards, Rainbow |
