When all else fails, the old fashion way still works--I picked up the
phone and called Kathryn Howard at the telephone # you gave me! Her
web site, which she said she's been working on for "a long time" will
sell "All Good Things" for the mind, body, and soul. Well, as the song
says, "all good things in all good time!"  Thanks for your help!

Interesting, but there is another company, also named All-Good-Things
Inc., located in New York, and with no need for password in the
website:

As for AllGoodThings.com, there is *one* post in a Dr. Who newsgroup

Searches for Kathryn Howard find her describing herself as an "editor"
of the site. That's all I could find.
