What is the % of textbooks used in grades  K-8 and grades 9-12 which have been
translated into spanish for non english speaking students in the USA?

Please define what you mean by "certified" textbooks; on a state
approved list? available for purchase by city/state/ dept of ed via
purchasing contract?

I have just finished a math/english mathematics dictionary for
distribution in california so I just wondered how many other books had
gone to spanish in the Illinois/New York/California/texas markets--

I was not able to locate any certified textbooks. It appears that only
english is certified for public education in US? (not inclusive of
foreign language classes)
